PUBLIC / BANK HOLIDAYS
Please not that we do not deliver on bank holidays/ public holidays. If your order was placed a day before your expected delivery date will be the following day after bank/public holiday.

All orders come posted in our branded packaging. For Gift cards, these arrive gift wrapped in our branded envelopes via post, or you can opt for an online gift card – both can be redeemed online only and not via retailers.
DUTIES AND TAXES
VAT (20%) will be included in the orders dispatched to countries within the United Kingdom, this excludes the Channel Islands and or all other EU.
We offer FREE Global Delivery Service means that no additional import duty or taxes will be billed for international shipping. Orders take between 5-7 working days to be delivered.
UNITED KINGDOM DELIVERY
For UK deliveries we estimate a 1-2 working day delivery in and around the UK, for gifting- we offer same day service if you are based in London.
For Scotland, Wales and Ireland, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. You can track your order once it’s processed.
