Q. How can I contact Serefim?

If you are feeling social today, our Instagram account is live 24/7. You can send us a private message or comment in any of our pictures & we will answer all your doubts.

Q. Which payment methods are accepted?

To guarantee your secure payment, we use a third party services offered by Paypal. With Paypal you can pay using debit cards, credit cards, bank payments and PayPal credit. Including: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro & American Express. We now also have Apple pay available. 

Q. Is gift wrapping available?

Gift wrapping is available with every purchase when you click on 'gift option' when purchasing your items. You can find this option in the checkout basket. You also have an option for each item in the bag, in case you want to purchase one to spoil yourself too. Gift cards are also available to purchase online. We will send out an e-card with the voucher code or post the wrapped Gift card to your recipient, these can be redeemed online on our website at your checkout basket.

Q. I forgot my password. What can i do?


Don't worry, it is really easy to recover your password on our website at 
serefim.com. You just need to click on the 'Forgotten Password' button on the login screen within 'My Account' and you will receive an email with a link to re-set your password to a new one.

Q. International Shipping options Available?

Yes. Happily, where you are is not a restriction to enjoy our high end jewellery and Bijoux lines.

Q. How can I redeem a voucher?

We may offer promotional voucher code, or you may have received a gift voucher in which case- these can be redeemed at the checkout basket.

Q. How can I track my order?

You can track your order online with the link provided once your order has been dispatched for delivery. You may not receive this tracking order if your delivery is a standard delivery. Tracking is only available for fast track delivery option or international shipping. 

Q. When will my package arrive?


We offer free online complimentary delivery world wide, delivery takes between 1-2 working days. Countries outside the United Kingdom, please do allow at least 3-5 working days. If your package takes longer than the above estimated time to reach you, please contact our customer service department highlighting 'Delivery' on the subject to info@serefim.com where a member of our team will promptly advise you on your order.
